So.. when I let the game regenerate the folders, everything went back to the default settings. My custom content was didn’t show up because I forgot to tick the ‘enable custom content’ button. Someone hit me now.

solved without uninstalling your game!! When you install your game, it creates the “program files” located in… well in program files and when you launch it for the first time it create “users files” into my documents: the “The Sims 3” folder, where your saves, CC and screenshots are located.
Again 99,99% of the time it’s this “The Sims 3”...
